Our Standard Delivery is calculated based on distance and scheduled between 11am and 4pm depending upon your delivery location and our planned route for the day. For added convenience your can select a preferred time window for an additional fee, applied on top of your Standard Delivery rate. This option is not available for orders placed the same day. Time Slot Upgrade is subject to availability.

Our skilled florists may substitute flowers for one similar in style, quality and value. Where our designs include a sundry item such as a vase or basket it may not always be possible to include the exact item as displayed.
